I was an old school paper and tape guy, when it came to address labels so I was late to the thermal printer party. I was a bit unsure if this product would work. Man, let me tell you. Have had it for two months now and it’s perfect. Connection was easy. Printing is easy. Big thing to remember. Shut it off after use. Like any electronic device, give it time to cool off. Very happy with this purchase.
