The size of the sticker printer is pretty small, making it easy to use anywhere you are. You can use different sizes of paper with it which is perfect because of the variety you can get of it. The app is amazing, super simple but let's you fully customize with the preview of the paper you want to use and also a quick label maker as well. The battery feels like it last forever and the image quality is really good. I love the different fonts and paper types as well so you don't have to guess what your image will look like. Best of all the customer support is amazing as well! I bought two of their products and haven't been disappointed!

In the pictures and info at the top it specifically says it will work with your desktop. That is why I chose this model. Once it arrived I discovered it won't work with a desktop computer :-( I was ticked and going through more info and if you look at the comparison chart thing it does say it only works with phone or laptop. I have no idea if it works with a laptop, I use a desktop and it isn't compatible. Luckily, I was able to make it work with my phone because I needed it for a project that was due and I didn't have time to order something new and return, I had to deal with working with it on my phone. That said, I was able to get it to synch up without much stress. I don't like having to typle on my phone all the info I needed on the label and I didn't get images to go with the words, mostly because I was on a deadline and wasting all my time typing and resizing on my phone instead of being able to do it quickly and easily on my desktop. I did play with some images and words, it does work. I was supposed to use a custom logo, I didn't have time to make that work, but it says I should be able to upload my logo. Bottom line, it did what I needed, it just was not advertized correctly so it was frustrating. When I have more time I will play with it, but I will probably look for another one that really will work with my desktop because I have more work on this project and need to be able to make more text changes faster and easier. It was easy to load the labels. One thing, every time you switch label size so you have to load a new label, you waste a label. It puts a blank one out when it loads the new labels. I gave it 4 stars because I think it's a good machine if I weren't so frustrated with the whole misinformation on a key point for me. I wouldn't give it 5 stars even if I didn't want to use it on the desktop because it is challenging to change text and resize on a phone screen just because everything is so small and I don't like the waste a label each time you change sizes thing.

Hoped for this to fit the bill for organizing and labeling with a bit of flair.
First noticed that if you tear the paper off once printed the next label will not feed completely, therefore you waste a label. To prevent this do not tear off and always keep a tab of the label paper so you can feed properly and not waste extra labels. (not cheap)
Second I thought there would be more options on the app for fonts and embellishments.
A bit time consuming to change the label paper but if buy their brand you can scan to get the correct size. It is also nice that you can save your designs and therefore saves time to print additional labels later on.

I’m finding things to label that I didn’t even know needed a label! The labels can get wet and seem to be fine. I do wish the printing was a little less grainy but I guess that’s just how these label makers print. I’m envisioning better technology in the future but for now, this works fine. App is pretty easy to use and battery life for the machine is amazing, I’ve been using it for weeks and it’s still showing full charge. I like how you can save the labels you’ve made in case you want to make more of them.
