I have had the tracker for around a month now and it works amazing. I had some trouble with logging into my account to make a payment and promptly reached out to customer service. I got a quick reply and worked with Mervin! He was very quick to respond and resolved my issue. The only issue with the device at this moment is finding a location by address to set a geofence. I manually have to search the map for the location I want to add as a geofence. It may just be a user error but right now I'm trying to figure it out. The app is moderately user friendly. Tracking is fast and very accurate. Best money spent this year!

Without a doubt I can say that it is a 100% reliable and easy to install item, the battery is impressive as it lasts a long time, it gives you an excellent location in real time in addition to many services that make it easier to use your device, They have an application for your cell phone that speeds up the tracking of the device without complications and at any time you want, the best of all is that I lost mine and I thought it would be a total loss, but I contacted a representative and they offered me excellent service, He is (Airish) who gave me a new replacement quickly and best of all my subscription will be transferred to the new device, the service he provided was fast, easy and satisfactory.

I was a little hesitant at first as I had had very poor experiences with other GPS subscriptions. The app was super easy to use and Best of all it actually gets a signal which was really hit or miss with other companies. I really love that it maps out your drive route and it's able to tell when you're at a stop or in motion. It even provides an average MPH for each trip and even when you're in motion, You can check your speed on the spot. I am absolutely blown away by the life of the battery I can go about 3 months before I have to charge it with normal everyday driving. And if you ever need support or customer service they are available at any time. I really enjoy the text feature for their customer service I had a billing question and Mervin responded almost immediately. He was able to take care of me and keep my account on track without any down time Thank you so much Mervin!

This tracker works great! It's location is on spot and the battery lasts a long time. I had to contact customer service about a billing issue and spoke with Joseph and he was great with assisting me. This is the best tracker I have bought yet!

It gets the job done. Battery lasts about a week and charges up pretty quickly.
GPS is accurate and consistent.
If there's any issue you can ping or reboot the unit from the app and it'll reconnect and start sending data again.
It's a little bit big and bulky. Not the easiest thing to find a spot to stash, but it works.

I was a little hesitant because I had bought a GPS thing before and it didn’t work, but this definitely works! I am very pleased. This is worth the money. It was not expensive. It’s really easy to figure out and navigate and The battery last long. I bought the GPS with the weatherproof case and It has a magnet that will attach to the bottom of somebody’s car and it works with no problem. The person driving the car (my son)doesn’t even know the GPS is there. I was impressed that a customer service representative reached out to me directly and asked if I had any questions or issues a couple days after I received the GPS. This has been a great experience and I definitely would recommend buying.

I just moved across the country and I bought this to track my shipping trailer, in case anything happened to it. It worked fantastic for that purpose. The battery lasted just over a week. The tracking seemed pretty accurate, although I didn't exactly get to test it to see just how accurate it is. Customer service is spot on. They reached out first and were prompt and effective in answering all my questions. The magnetic case you can buy with it is insanely strong and didn't move an inch from where I put it, despite trekking across the country. The app is navigable, but I can see how someone less savvy with tech could easily get lost in it; could use some optional tutorials. There are a ton of features I haven't even tried yet; it definitely has a ton of potential uses.

This Brickhouse tracking device is really easy to use, affordable, and reliable. The app is great for tracking and the website provides even more detail and options. Its a good quality device with a battery that keeps charge for almost a week and the magnetic case is good and strong as well. The service reps are awesome. You can text them for tech support or questions and they will respond asap. Trish helped walk me through an issue I had and got it resolved quickly. I’m really happy with my purchase and the data it is providing me.
