The trackers came packaged in a custom vacuum-formed plastic tray with slots for the trackers and lanyards. The instruction manual, which is folded instruction sheet, has clear easy-to-read directions with good illustrations and color screen grabs from the app.
The power button is easily identifiable on the front of the tracker, under the “Ultrbeka” logo. It has a rubberized feel to it which makes finding the button by feel super simple. A long press turns the unit on with a beep.
Once on, the tracker was instantly visible in the “Find My” app. Within seconds, I used the “add other item” and had it completely setup and ready to go. I chose not to use the lanyards because I put the trackers into holders designed for airtags. They fit perfectly.
One think I wanted to test for sure was the sound locator. I have used a handful of different trackers and this one has the most unique chime that I have run across. Instead of just a plain continuous beeping, this unit actually plays a little tune. It runs through the sequence twice before shutting off (about ten seconds). The volume is pretty good for finding the tracker if it is relatively nearby.
The unit seems to have an accuracy of anywhere from about fifteen to forty feet depending on how long it stays stationary. It has all the standard off-brand “Find My” features that are on most trackers such as Lost Mode, Notifications and Sharing, all of which seem to work fine.
