They were exact replacement for some factory ones that melted during a fire at a customers home we restored the fire damage on her camper and these were the exact ones it had the sound is good if they are installed right good product overall even the melted ones still worked after being through a massive fire so they are tough for sure

This is a nice unit it's easy to install however it's supposed to come with a bracket to mount the thermostat control on a wall and never includes it in the box it's would be much easier also if it had the knob control option as it can be a knoghmsre to run the extra wires for the wall mount control but this AC units runs smooth and quiet and has a great product warranty that's extendable for another 3 years the air deflector is not as nice as say domestic to control the air flow direction at the ceiling but it does the job none the less my customers like the system vans the attractive appearance of the unit on their rv roof and it's much lighter than a Coleman or recpro unit and most dometic AC units
They look nice installed
