I bought this product and was having problems downloading filed to my computer. I sent an email to customer service and they told me I need to take out the SD card and itsert it into the card reader which I must have misplaced without knowing.
They apologized, offered to send me another dashcam with the card reader which I received shortly after our conversation.
I am now able to download and review dashcam files I captured while driving. The quality of the video is excellent and the dashcam works well. I am very pleased with the product, customer service, video quality and happily give 5 stars and recommend this dashcam.
