    Only reason I did not give it five stars is that the directions that come with it to program did not work but if you scroll down in the item description, it actually tells you how to do it there and it works.

    Lost my original remote in the house somewhere. Didn’t work using instructions included with remote.
    Had to download the firetv app to use on my iphone to go to settings, then to “controllers & Bluetooth devices”. Follow directions.
    Then worked great!

    I was very dissatisfied with this remote control due to the fact that number one the battery compartment would not close properly as well as the button that is used to talk to my TV did not work I have requested a replacement remote control will see if that one will work better

    The remote came with easy to read instructions on how to set it up which made it easier and fast.

    We ordered it to use on an off-brand television. We were a little worried it wasn't going to work. But all is well the instructions helped and it was easy. Would buy again once my kids lose this one!
