This product deserves 5 stars. It's functionality is very simple. It comes with everything you need plus some. I initially had a bad experience with the first one and along with Wolfbox phone support trying to get help. After that experience with the Wolfbox brand and it's product, I left a 1 star review from where I purchased the product, Amazon. I was contacted by the Amazon seller representative, Rosie, who went well and beyond helping me replace my hardwire kit, she also provided firmware so the backup camera does not zoom in while in reverse mode. The installation was a breeze and very simple with the right tools to pry the vehicle's panels. You will also need a tool that detects what fuses are always hot when the car is off. The connectors were well thought out to allow easier snaking through the vehicle. The kit comes with fuse taps of just about every type and instructions on how to use them. I'm overall very impressed with this product and the help I received from Rosie.

I installed dash cam a few days ago and it was a breeze in my RV I decided to order the wire kit for a neater install and using the plug in AC adapter to use in my truck when not using RV. For the cost of this wiring kit with all the options needed to hookup to fusebox makes this really easy but the cost was very reasonable for 20 bucks that nothing in todays electronic market. I do a lot of auto and RV wiring and installs of different components its nice and easy plug and play as well as added options like wiring kit. I also get a email from company to know they are available if I need any help or have any issues. imagine that real customer service.

I highjly recommend buyinf a fuse tester. It took me forever to find the fuse to hook it too. I tried battery fuse slot in my 95 camaro and the other to the acc power but got no image when started. I figured Id hook it to the radio since the radio is always on, no luck. Tried a couple more fuses and still nothing. Figured maybe its the grounding? Nah. Finally I said F this and bought a tester. Finally found the right setup, battery and gauges fuse. Working like a charm. Although I had to use some modifications to have my cover to go back on, velcro lol.

UPDATE 2023-08-10
Wolfbox reached out to me shortly after my review was posted and we've been communicating over the past several weeks to help resolve my issue with the battery drain. I sent them the fuse diagram for my 2015 Odyssey and they sent back recommendations on which fuse slots to try. They even sent out another kit that uses the OBD connector for freee, but unfortunately, it was the same situation where the battery kept draining. They said the kits are supposed to shut itself off at 11.8V but below 12V, my Ody would not start as found out during some testing. They've offered a partial refund on the dashcam since I can't use the parking mode which was very good of them. Overall, their customer service was top notch and I still recommend the dashcam over a couple others I've tried. I don't really mind not having the parking mode but it would've been nice to get it working. At least they've given me a discount so I don't feel like I overpaid for something I can't use. I did get a 3rd party kit to swap out my OEM mirror with this one instead of using the rubberbands to place it over the mirror. It's solid and doesn't shake like it did when it was rubberband'ed on.

ORIGINAL REVIEW -
I set up my new wolfbox g900 today with this hardwire kit making sure the bat+ fuse is connected to an always on slot and the acc fuse into a ignition switched slot. I checked the battery at the start with the multimeter and it was showing 12.6V. About 4 hrs later, the battery showed 12.53V. Another 4hrs later, it was at 12.36V. So I disconnected the battery fuse and plugged it into another acc slot so at least it'll work when the car is on. What's the use of having this for parking mode if it's going to drain the battery?

Came with everything, including fuse taps for several different fuse types. A fuse puller would be a nice to have, also it would be nice if there were extra fuses included.

Cured the only problem we had with the new car, which was poor visibility out of the rear window. This mirror allows you to see all of the lanes behind you, and vehicles right up until they are through your blind spot. I can't imagine this won't be tech on all new cars at some point. A huge upgrade. Picture is crystal clear. Install couldn't be easier.
