I do a bit of wiring to cars, trailers, off-road vehicles, etc and use this tape all the time. It works great, easy to apply, and very durable. Not only does it protect the wiring but it really cleans it up and makes it look very professional.

What drew me to this was the value: $13 and change for a 5 pack, or 250 feet of tape. I just wired up a pair of aftermarket electric radiator fans on my truck and I was thinking plastic loom would be the way to go, but I saw this and never used it before, but I had an idea of what it was, having seen it in pretty much every factory wiring bunch ever made. So after wrapping up my wiring, It seems to have good adhesion. I also really like the way the fabric feels, it doesn't feel it was produced the cheapest way or cheapest materials possible. And it's easy to tear with just your fingers, the same way you would with electrical tape. I'll update this review if the adhesion doesn't hold up, which is the only unknown at this point.

Fantastic for my Project Truck

I've been working on an old Chevy truck for a few years now, and the time finally came for the dreaded electrical wiring. While the wiring itself was no fun, this tape made it easy when running and cleaning up the factory looms. The truck is 35 years old and the factory looms were those black plastic tubes, which were dried out and brittle with a ton of mice damage from sitting in a field for the last 8 years. This tape really helped me to clean up all those nasty looking looms and is tough as nails. Adhesion is fantastic but I will say, it's extremely hard to get off if you make a mistake, so be sure you take your time when using it for loom. I also used it to pass through my firewall and with the use of a grommet, I see no issue in the future with wearing through. It looks good too and makes it really easy to clean up under the hood and dash, it has a nice matte finish, I never cared for the look of the plastic looms or the ugliness of standard electrical tape. If you're looking at this, buy it, it's just as good as the name brand stuff at half the cost. I've been running it for a year now with no issues whatsoever.

Very useful but messy

Amazing product very useful when i was doing car audio wiring but after a couple months it became very sticky on the outside and very messy to cleanup after being heated up. Very good for something that you’ll wrap up and hide away, not for something you’ll be touching and seeing constantly. The amount of tape was also a plus.

I've been an automotive tech for over 20 years and now own/operate my own repair business. I do a lot of electrical diagnostics and repair and never liked the electrical tape or friction tape look. Doesn't look professional. I accidentally came across these and ordered them. Absolutely fell in love with the product and the results look amazing. Better than factory!!
