We cannot keep track of our remote. It disappeared (again) so I bought this one. It's perfect. No issues getting it to link to the TV. It's just like the old one.

I tried to save money (only $3 savings) buying the generic control, but it provided endless frustration. The generic remote had the weakest signal and would only work if pointed at the TV's sensor directly at a specific angle... wtf... making it extremely infuriating just to change the volume. Do yourself a solid, spend just $3 more, buy this Roku remote, and save yourself from the slow death that is dealing with terrible products.

This was a replacement for the first remote which didn’t work. But this one doesn’t work eithe. My problem is trying to replace the replacement. The system won’t let me enter the information
I think the problem is simple, like neither remote goes with my tv.

We misplaced our remote in the move. We desperately needed a new one and purchased this, it was here within 2 days and all I had to do was open it and pull the tab. Worked immediately! We have a onn Roku tv so idk if that’s why it worked out so well but we’re grateful!

Didn’t have to do anything other than pull the plastic tab for the battery and worked immediately. Nicer than the one that came with the TV.
