I purchased these headphones in orange in August 2021. I used them to death, mainly from a few rough rides in a gym bag. Ordered the black headphones to replace them; noticed a change in charger. Turned them on and was immediately disappointed in the "power on, connecting, connected" voice- audio quality sounded HORRIBLE and that was never a concern on my older pair with the "connecting" voice. But after playing some music and a audiobook, this pair sounds exactly the same, if not better, than my old pair. These also block out way more environmental sounds than my old pair. The battery life on these is unmatched, they're comfortable to wear, I am very happy with my forced upgrade. I was able to get 3 years of consistent use (4-6x/week) of the old pair and hope to do the same or more with this pair. Would recommend.

Update: 5 stars for this trustworthy seller/company! I contacted the seller via email and Amazon message. I received a response to both messages within 24 hours! No delay whatsoever, a replacenent pair was sent and they arrived within a couple days! My daughter says they're even better than the first pair: clearer sound, higher volume and sturdier overall. I also noticed safer packaging for the new pair. I am impressed and extremely pleased with this purchase. Totally worth it! Thank you!

Purchased for my teenager in late March. She loves them and wears them around her neck even when there is no music playing. They fit her head comfortably, have great sound quality and volume control. I often have to take them off her head to be heard, so I'm guessing the noise cancelation is pretty great too. However, the right headphone suddenly fell off yesterday and is now dangling by its cord. We have tried to reconnect it, but it will not stay together. Very disappointing because these have been amazing otherwise. I am contacting the company regarding their 12-month replacement warranty and will update this review afterwards.

These wireless headphones are an amazing upgrade from my wires earbuds I had been using while grocery shopping. They charge quickly, hold a charge well, the case is convenient, they fold which is great, they are inexpensive, and they work very well. Sound quality and overall quality has really impressed me. Excellent headphones!

Noise cancellation was a bit disappointing, but sound quality and comfort was definitely a win for the pricepoint! It doesn't hurt to wear for a long period of time. For some reason, the sound is set to 80% every time it connects to a device, so remember to turn the volume down each time for your ears' sake!

I bought these because they are inexpensive and a fellow customer said they were compatible with Alexa. The first day I had them, neither I nor an Amazon technical specialist could make them work with my Echo Dot. I was going to return them, but they worked great with my phone and tablet and as I could always access my music and Audible books using Amazon apps, I decided to keep it.

What I Like:
1. The sound quality is outstanding for something of this cost.
2. They are very comfortable.
3. And, they can be folded to fit in an included carrying case.
4. Their range is amazing. In my test, 58 feet, which included going around two corners. There was no line of sight. Another brand I tested lost the signal at 20 feet, or whenever line of sight was lost or when I bent over. Not true with these headphones. They are champs.
5. They Are Compatible with Alexa: I found out today the other Amazon customer was right. These are fully compatible with my Echo Dots (both 2nd and 3rd generation) and my Echo Show and I assume Echos, though I don’t own any. Interestingly, the manufacturer says it is not compatible with Alexa. Here’s how to connect up:
a. First, do NOT ask Alexa to discover new devices. Also, don’t use the Add a Device function.
b. Instead, launch your Amazon Alexa app. Then tap on the Devices icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
c. Tap on Echo and Alexa.
d. Tap on the device you want to pair to.
e. Then, tap on Bluetooth.
f. Turn on the headphones by sliding the switch on. You will hear a voice say, “power on, pairing.”
g. When you see WH-816 displayed, tap on it to connect.
h. Alexa will also announce your success by saying the device had been paired and to use it in the future, just say “Alexa, connect my speaker.”
6. Good directions, although the print size is too small to be easily legible.
7. They come with a wire to connect to any device with a headphone jack, like an iPad. Nice, because you can use them wired with other devices and not have to sync to the new device, losing the sync with the previously synced device.

Things to Know:
1. These headphones can only pair with one device at a time. While this sounds obvious, in this case it also means they will be paired with the last device they were paired with. So, they are best suited as dedicated to a particular source.
2. To pair them with another device, you will have to turn off or unplug the last device they have been paired to. Otherwise, pairing will default to that device and fail on the new device.

What I Don’t Like:
1. The control buttons are small and very close together. It is easy to hit the wrong one.

Bottom Line:
These are a fabulous bargain. Great sound quality and compatible with Alexa, though limited to only a single device.
