everything is in chinese despite choosing english as the language; it did not state or make clear i needed a sim card with subscription for proper use. also, immediately upon downloading app it tells me to use the device; my phone got a virus and i was notified. do not buy this product. now i have to wait until they receive my package to be issued a full refund when it gave my phone a virus, is in chinese and requires.additional equipment and subscription..save your money!
