I’m always on the hunt for ways to streamline my keychain. When I stumbled upon this holder, it piqued my interest because of the AirTag holder.

Pros:
AirTag holder is great.
Leather will supposedly age and develop patina (too early to tell).
Holds keys securely—they don’t flop around like some other holders I’ve tried.
Screw seems secure and hasn’t tried to back out on its own.

Cons:
Capacity is limited. I wish it came with an extended screw to be able to hold slightly more.
Leather does not seem to be super high quality.
Installing keys is a bit fiddly. Can be hard to get them lined up with the screw.

Thus, the pros significantly outweigh the cons unless you need to carry one janitor’s worth of keys. If you can get by with fewer than five keys and you love AirTags, this is the key holder for you.

I use five keys between my home and office, and the KeySmart Air has been an absolute game-changer. It neatly organizes my keys, including my truck's key fob, which I was initially worried wouldn't fit. Thankfully, it works perfectly and makes my keys so much more compact. No more jangling keys in my pocket!

The best part is that it fits snugly in my jeans pocket without being bulky or uncomfortable. The added space for an AirTag is a bonus, giving me peace of mind if I ever misplace my keys. The build quality feels durable, and it's very easy to assemble. Highly recommended for anyone looking to declutter their keychain!

I have some of the KeySmart metal holders that are more like a pocketknife, and that inspired me to try this one. I wanted one ring with an AirTag holder after I lost a set of keys for a few days.

This needs some work. I found it very hard to work with the screw, I wish the back end took a hex wrench so I could hold it stable. It's tricky to get it tightened just right so you can fold the keys out easily but they aren't floppy. It took me 5 or 6 tries to figure out how many spacers to use to get the right tension. The other KeySmart products are much easier to use.

This does the job, but it's not my favorite key holder.

This is one of those things you get, then wonder why you didn’t get it earlier. It’s soft and comfortable in your pocket, yet rigid enough to twist when you slide a key out to open a door. I was between this one and a leather option, and I’m happy I got this one. It’s the same material as an expensive iPhone case, and it’s designed perfectly for my needs. Don’t know if you can tell, but I like this key ring thing way too much…

UPDATE: Red string on the side that holds the AirTag in is now fraying and it is only a matter of time until it completely fails and my tag falls out. Poor design and materials. I’m not even hard on it. I use it 2-3 times a day and have only had it about a month.

Pretty decent product so far. Cool that you can put an AirTag in it and it keeps your keys compact. Also like that when I sit down I don’t have keys jabbing into my butt. The only thing I’m not a fan of, it hardly holds any keys. I tried to put 2 house keys and a car key in it and the post was too short, though it says it holds up to 5 keys. Sure the car key has some plastic on it, they all do these days, but it should come with a longer post included. There is no way that the car key thickness is the equivalent of more than 3 regular keys. Include a regular post and and longer one and I’d be happy. Besides that, time will tell as far as durability and if the screw retains its tightness.

If I leave out the spacers, it works, but they don’t open as easily. I wanted this over the Orbitkey I already have because of the integrated AirTag holder, however the Orbitkey feels more sturdy, thicker leather, and included extra screws to adjust for different number of keys.

Received item two days ago so can’t speak to durability, but my thoughts so far: I was impressed by the incredibly compact size. It also just looks really cool in my opinion, giving your keys a much sleeker look. Love the red stitching. The AirTag slides in easily but the key assembly is difficult to set up. I’m skeptical that you could actually insert 5 keys as claimed by the vendor, but 2 fit very easily. As far as the mechanism, I expected it to loosen quickly with use of the keys but so far no issues. My biggest concern is durability, this will need to be long-lasting to justify the high price tag. So far it feels pretty rugged, though. Overall I recommend it for anyone without too many keys who wants to elevate the look of their everyday carry.

Updated to add: after 6 months of regular use it’s still in perfect condition. I’m especially impressed with how the screw that holds the key assembly together stays tight even after folding the keys in & out numerous times, I’ve never had to tighten it. Rating updated to 5 stars.
