October 5, 2023. Upgraded to five stars! Wine turned out wonderful. 12%, bottled 26. The wine is a Zinfandel. I'd call it a dark blush or a red Zen. Not too sweet or too dry excellent taste. It will make a great holiday wine to serve. Cheers!

Overall, if you don’t like dry wine but don’t like sweet, this would probably be the one for you.
