I was pleasantly surprised, these really taste a lot like corn on the cob and I enjoyed them. However, I felt you can’t have a lot maybe a small handful at a time, there are a little on the salty side, but packed with really good flavor.

I’m addicted to Blue Diamond bold flavored almonds. The Korean BBQ flavor is a bit spicy, but I don’t believe overly so. If you like a bit of heat, these are perfect! And almonds are good for you, so you don’t have to feel guilty eating them!

Great value for money! With the many health benefits of almonds I decided to incorporate more into my diet! The many flavors offered help to satisfy my cravings for salty as well as sweet! The coatings are not transferable to your fingers so I’m able to craft while enjoying them! They stay fresh for quite awhile but they are so good they don’t last for long!

Pros:

Crunchy Texture: These almonds have a satisfying crunch that makes them enjoyable to snack on.
Interesting Flavor Profile: The Mexican street corn seasoning adds a tangy and slightly spicy kick to the almonds, which is a nice change from traditional almond flavors.
Good Quality: Like other Blue Diamond products, these almonds are of good quality and freshness.

Cons:

Lacks Intensity: While the flavor is interesting, I wish it was more pronounced. The seasoning could be bolder to really capture the essence of Mexican street corn.

Originally purchased at the big blue box store but I couldn't find them after that first time. Luckily Amazon had these in stock. From the first taste I had "Wow, those are good" thought. I couldn't determine the flavor but finally decided it's a butterscotch taste, which I love. Bonus way to sneak in protein. Only issue one might have is the freshness will deteriorate if not consumed within a week or so.

I’ve tried a handful of flavors so far and will list them all here and what eating I give each of them based on how “bold” and flavorful they are…

Elote - ⭐️
Not flavorful at all. All I really tasted was corn, and even that flavor was underwhelming. I ended up dumping Tajin into the can to give it a kick.

Spicy Dill Pickle - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I loved this flavor. The pickle taste is strong and it does have a tiny kick, but not so much that it stops you from enjoying the almonds. I ended up buying a big bag after trying the can.

Sweet Thai Chili - ⭐️⭐️
These hardly have any flavor (sweet or spicy). I love sweet chili flavor and the almonds didn’t really deliver it.

Korean BBQ - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This flavor is delicious and the flavor is strong. I will be buying a bag of this flavor once I’m done with the can.

If I can, I’ll update my review once I’ve tried more flavors.

Wasabi & Soy Sauce - ⭐️⭐️
To be clear, this rating isn’t a completely fair one since I have the taste of wasabi. The flavor is strong. It kept me from wanting to eat the whole can in one sitting so I think that’s a plus. All I tasted was wasabi… if there’s a hint of soy sauce in there, I didn’t notice it. The wasabi isn’t so potent that it cleared my sinuses out, it was just enough to make me stop eating after a handful of almonds. ????

Lol I have been searching for these since the winter season was over and Sam’s ran out. These tins are tiny but I love them so much they’re worth it at the $4-5 price. The tins kept them fresh not that it mattered because they weren’t in there long. The taste is perfectly balanced between subtly sweet and crisp! Please don’t buy them, so I can buy more! Thanks! You probably won’t like them.
