I love artichoke with my salads mostly. I must say, this one is a game changer! The marinade is spot on, with a perfect balance of herbs, oil, and a hint of garlic, enhancing the natural flavors without overpowering them. They’re even great straight out of the jar as a quick and healthy snack! Woo highly recommend! :))

I love the size of these as it allows you to use a small bit at a time without having to store a giant jar in the fridge for ages. One of the jars broke during delivery as the box they come in isn’t protected at all. Wish packaging was better but product is great.
