    Hi, both my parents were born in Italy and I spent the majority of my childhood there. I know pizza. So let me just lay that foundation down.

    Pros:
    Ease of Use: 00 flour simplifies pizza dough preparation, offering a fine texture and excellent elasticity for smooth and manageable dough.
    Value: Despite its premium quality, this flour offers great value for money, providing professional-grade results (if you can follow basic recipes) at an affordable price point.

    With our new Ooni Koda gas oven we have been playing with many different pizza flours. At the suggestion of my brother we bought several bags of the King Arthur 00 for our time with family.

    Even after making a mistake and allowing the top of the dough to dry out - we sprayed with water and covered with plastic wrap for 45 min to fix it... This is now our family favorite for crust.
    Cook at 750-800 degrees for approx 90sec, turning with the pizza peel = Amazing pizza. PERIOD.

    Is is so good and the price is much better that some of the speciality flour brands we have bought.
    I am ordering more as I write this review.

    We have been on a kick to make the best pizza dough. After reading different recipes and most saying to use 00 flour I found this stuff. I'm telling you what, this makes the best pizza! crips and stiff (no floppy dough here) and it tastes amazing. We have done both normal crust and thin crust and it turns out perfect every time. I even had to make the dough in a hurry and mixed it, rolled it and baked it, and it was wonderful. It is a little better if you can let it rise and do all the things but when you in a huge hurry it still works great!

    Use it to make home made Neapolitan style pizza dough regularly. Was buying at a large membership store but they stopped carrying and actually found it here on Amazon for cheaper!

    Nothing against the KA brand, but their unbleached bread flour (high % protein) performs better. I make the Neapolitan-style pizza. I know that 00 is all the buzz, but that's all it is. Nor do the Italians provide a better flour for this purpose. My experience is that it's all hype. Critical to success is in the handling of the dough, the right hydration and a hot (550 F is as high as mine will go) oven with a good thick baking stone. The resulting crust is high-rimmed, soft where it should be and crunchy where it should be. And yes, I put it in the oven with a peel. You do NOT have to pay ridiculous 00 prices. A photo of my pizza next to a photo from a YouTube "star" and their "next level pizza" would look identical. No need for a dedicated pizza oven unless you want to play with a new toy and want your pizza a lot quicker. To repeat, it's the handling of the dough that is crucial. The KA bread flour works fine and is available almost everywhere.

    First, let’s talk pizza. I used to make sad, floppy dough that barely qualified as edible. My family ate it out of pity. But then I discovered King Arthur Pizza Flour. My dough became a beautiful, elastic masterpiece. It rose like a phoenix in the oven, creating the crispiest crust and the softest center.
