    I love that the jackfruit variety has so many great flavors to choose from! They are all great and the texture of the jackfruit is a perfect meat substitute! All of the kitchen and love meals that I have tried have been a wonderful addition to my diet! They are so easy, fast, and full for flavor! The quinoa quick cup with artichoke and roasted pepper got me hooked on their products originally, they are great to take to work and on the trail!

    I love the taste of this, BUT the first package contained 2 tiny pieces of thin, tan plastic. 2nd package contained a larger piece of thin plastic, over 1/2 long. 2nd photo shows piece of plastic from 3rd packet and I havent finished the packet yet! Where did this plastic come from? 2 Photo included. I dismissed the first 2 smaller pieces as a fluke, but I won't buy this brand again!

    I bought these for my sister and her hubby (plant based vegans) for a family meal and we all were impressed with how much flavor was in the jackfruit, although the smoke flavor was a little too heavy for my taste. The texture was similar to shredded meat, I made a sandwich with potato bread & bread and butter pickles and it was really tasty... I'll definitely keep these around for a quick bite.
    Sidenote - I'm not vegan and I like my food seasoned/mildly spicy

    I love the variety of flavors that come with the packaging. I haven’t tried all the flavors yet. So far the sweet BBQ and lightly seasoned are the flavors I’ve had. They’re pretty good and super easy to make. I did notice my chunky packs didn’t have many chunks in them, feels more like sauce but I’ll know once I try it. If you’re looking for a quick meatless option (especially during lent) I’d recommend this product.

    If you want good texture go buy canned Jackfruit in brine or water not syrup from your local Asian market. This is VERY mushy and the texture is just wrong! Ugh, I wish we hadn't spent the money on this and we can't return it. We'll try to dehydrate it to see if we can redeem it, but don't have a lot of hope.
