Old Fashioneds are my favorite drink when ordering out - but I've never been very good at making them myself. This mix is SO GOOD. It's just the right addition of the flavors to whiskey.

Because I'm an extreme lightweight drinker, though, 1 oz of whiskey to 1/4 oz of the mix is A LOT of whiskey. I tried a couple of different things and if I do .75 of an oz whiskey to 1/4 oz and add just a spritz of soda..it's perfect. The flavor is wonderful Im not sure if that's even an Old Fashioned anymore (lol)...maybe it's a New Fashioned? This mix makes a Very Nice drink though. I do recommend it, and look forward to trying some of the other flavors.

The taste is good but strong. I would put extant 1/4 oz. as it calls for or even less. This can be a good thing though, as you are not suing as much syrup.

As for the flavor, it’s good for a quick old fashioned but will not beat the real thing. You can tell it’s a syrup mixture and not fresh. But, for a quick and good job, it’s good!

i'm from Wisconsin where Old Fashions are the best. I've tried to purchase other mixers here in Arizona and non compare. This is a excellent Old Fashion Mixer, you won't be sorry. A little pricey but tasty!!

The bottles are small but OMG this mix is amazing and we have a party with 20 guests and a we bought 2 bottles and at the end of the night we had an unopened bottle because we didn’t need it. My husband loved it. If you bought this and the dried oranges, you won’t regret. We use Bulleit Bourbon ✨

The flavoring is not as strong as I would expect of a old fashion mix. It is easily over powered by lighter whiskeys, like some of the Japanese whiskey.
