Product arrived well packaged and intact. Kudos to the Amazon packaging team!

Took the 2 tbsp dose daily for 5 days, once after dinner only. First day, nothing. 2nd day, oh boy, it delivered a punch! Every day after, the same. So, yes, it definitely cleanses your insides. Ensure you're close to the bathroom. You may need multiple visits there per dosage.

I had to adjust to the extremely bitter taste: discovered that honey or maple syrup works for me to tolerate the taste. As far as the other benefits, I realize I'm sleeping better and have more mental clarity.

Not sure if I'll continue a daily intake but once per other day or two may be my modus operandi.

I don’t leave comments ever, but this stuff is amazing. I have more energy and it curbs my appetite. I’m on day 2 and I feel great. It makes you go to the bathroom, it “cleans” you out really good!

This stuff will taste like the absolute worse thing you've ever drank in your life ( and I don't mean that lightly) but it does wonders for your system. Just make sure to put two teaspoons in a shot glass, HOLD YOUR BREATH, then immediately chase it down with coke/pepsi afterward. Have the shot glass in one hand and chaser in the other ready to go. You'll probably need to drink an entire can just to get most of the lingering taste out but stay strong.

They always say what’s good for you probably won’t taste good and they are correct but it works. I didn’t see immediate results right away but I am still in the process of taking it and can tell a difference. I would definitely purchase again when finished.

I take about 2 teaspoons every other morning and it takes me to a dark space that I generally call garbage. Imagine drinking Everclear with black licorice in it and there is a concoction that is bitter sour. But I keep taking it because it’s a daily reminder that what is good for you does not necessarily taste great. Also how can you skip the main ingredients of this potent Sewage that is Health. That is the only reason I continue to wrestle the soup down. But in all actuality I feel more energized and more resilient when it comes to working around sick people all day. The price was on the higher side for this particular brand but I didn’t mind. The best way that I take it is Straight up like an 2 alcoholic shots No regrets. I take it after my watering tea in the morning before I eat so that might not work for everyone else. And the bottle reads you should take it after food. I haven’t had any issues and it definitely aids in the digestion process. I don’t feel bloated Throughout the day even after eating so that might be the effect of it as well. But like I said I don’t take this every day So my personal fix might be different from someone else who does take it every day

I guess it works but I can't get past the smell and taste so I really don't know if it work. I still hope to try it some day.
