I get these for my baby when she's constipated, one pouch is usually enough to get things moving. They taste good, she really loves them and it's easy to give to her. I get them when they're selling for $13, I think that's a pretty good deal (if you don't need them immediately, put them in your cart and it'll let you know when the price drops)

I stock up on these for the days my kid eats only low fiber garbage, to try to keep her bowels moving along. For the most part, they work good. I was worried I'd get a batch that would expire in a month or so, but that was not the case.
