    So first of all when it comes to the taste, they are not bad at all, and doesn’t have that strong vitamin gross taste. They are a lot lighter, and not as thick and super chocolate has some other brands that I have had, but these are still really good and I would still recommend. Especially with the fact that they really Saved me in so many ways because I was literally having vitamin deficiency and not taking enough calories because only being two months postpartum and breastfeeding so I would have one in the morning as soon as I woke up, especially because I would help my sugar not to go through the roof and the morning.
    And they do not really fill you up as much as other drinks, but it will get you through the morning a bit, and still was able to keep My energy up, you just grab a bottle take it out of the fridge shakeit up and drink it out of the bottle, no need for making mass and using powder and having to mix it. which is very ease of use

    Great drinks and even better value. Compared to the boost fiber drinks that cost literally double the price for a 24 pack, these are way better. They don't have as much protein, but I mainly drink them for the fiber. I'll be getting 2 cases every month for now on for sure. And yes they are filling.

    So I don't drink these for meal replacement or anything. I added them to my drink situation because I was missing out on vitamins and after being injured in a high speed car wreck... feeding myself was really hard. I needed easy calories, especially to have the energy to feed myself with. Because literally everything was hard. I also wanted to be sure I was getting enough bone-related vitamins to heal up the very bad fractures I had.

    Luckily we're 2+ years past the wreck and my fractures are all good looking. Like the bone doctors agree that they healed up perfect. It's possible that this helped. But if the vitamin bonus didn't help... the calories and feeling like I was taking better care of myself drinking it did.

    I'm a cruddy daily vitamin taker, but drinking this pretty much chocolate milk was nice and actually hard for me not to drink too many. (You can actually have issues from taking too many vitamins. So do follow the basic daily guidelines. And talk to a doctor before throwing on too many supplements.)

    I wouldn't tell anyone to replace a meal with these. But they're much better than not eating anything because it's too hard. And they're delicious. Gave me a bonus in the energy department. Might have been the chocolate, the sugar or the vitamin boost. Good for people who suffer from Executive Dysfunction too. Because they can lie to themselves and say they're only going to drink this because cooking is too much. But then because they're in the kitchen they might as get a snack, and pretty soon they've fed themselves something that resembles a meal. And got their vitamins needed too. They also last a long time in the pantry so good chance of still being able to drink them if you forgot about them and found them months later.

    I have meds that suppress my appetite. I usually start my day with CIB bottles. Adding fiber to my dies is a plus. Sometimes I just can't eat lunch so I'll have one and half a banana. It has a thick smooth consistency and the flavor is a nice chocolate-- not overwhelming. And there is no aftertaste like some products leave with you.
