Stumbled across this powder which is coconut milk powder and coconut sugar. Love this in my hot drinks where I used to use milk and sugar. This is a great alternative for anyone wanting to move away from dairy and sugar. Coconut sugar is awesome as it doesn't affect blood glucose levels. Great flavour and even though it is made from coconut it doesn't have a coconut flavour in my mushroom coffee.

UPDATE: Let's start with the reclosure strips. After the bag standing unzipped on the counter for a week or so, enough of the powder fell away from the strips that it now closes reliably. So, that criticism is now moot. Sure, it should have worked right away, but I can live with this. Second issue, the much bigger one, was the non-taste -- not sweet, not creamy, just nothing. Well, hating to waste anything, I decided to try and prepare coffee and tea as usual, then add a tablespoon of this Adaptogen powder for its health benefits. Utterly surprising to me, this worked really well! Its non-taste seemed to blend well with milk, stevia powder, and (in tea) Chai flavored stevia, enhancing the taste with an added creaminess. So I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4. Ultimately, I was able to make this work as expected in hot coffee, and even tea. But I'm deducting one 1 for all the disappointment and time/effort involved in getting this to work for me.

I got the "Sweet & Creamy with Adaptogens" flavor because I wanted the effects of their magic mushrooms (adaptogens?) -- which weren't included in the ingredient lists of the other flavors. But there is no taste, it's like black coffee. My second issue with this product is the velcro-type strips inside the bag for re-closure. The powder got stuck in all the nooks and crannies of the velcro strips, so they can't stick to each other. Therefore, I can't close the bag once opened. Have to resort to placing the whole bag inside a big Zip-lock bag to keep it fresh. (And moth-free? Do moths like this powder as much as flour etc.?) So, overall, I'm very unhappy. I was hoping for a healthy, tasty and keto-friendly coffee creamer. For me, sadly, this isn't it.

Tastes Soapy & Isn’t Dissolving

We must have gotten a bad batch this time. We loved the coconut flavor and hand blend with collagen & oat milk. We just bought a batch of the rebranded “sweet & creamy”. The website says the mixture is the same it’s just renamed. It tastes soapy and doesn’t dissolve. I sure hope we just got a bad batch. I loved our morning coffee and now we suffer through it trying to figure out why. Before this bag we just bought I’d give 5 stars to this product.

I love the health benefits of the oils in this product. It has a nice flavor and I no longer use cream and sugar in my coffee. I stir it with my coffee frother and it mixes it perfectly. Would definitely recommend you try it.

We just opened a new bag and noticed a distinct difference in the color and consistency. It’s not white powder anymore. At first I thought it was the wrong stuff, but a finger taste test showed it was the same creamer. Then I used a spoonful and what a difference! The new product blends much easier into your coffee and dissolves to make a great cup of coffee!

The powder adds some smoothness and flavor to coffee, but it's minimal. It's too much, and not a good taste, if you add more powder for a stronger vanilla flavor. I've found a good in between is to use only a teaspoon of the powder, not a tablespoon, and definitely not two tablespoons, for 8 ounces of coffee for some smoothness, and a little bit of flavor, then add a small amount of vanilla flavored liquid coconut milk creamer/milk, to boost the flavor, and take any bitterness out of the coffee.
Also, if you put the powder in a cup first before adding hot water/coffee, the powder fully dissolves, so no blending or a frothing device is needed.
Finally, the bag closes with velcro-like strips, do it's not really airtight. I did the same thing as another reviewer, and put the powder bag into a larger ziplock bag, to keep freshness in, and bugs out.
