I’ve loved this Almond Milk ever since I cut out refined sugars years ago. It wasn’t easy to avoid sugar in most milks and dairy. This almond milk is high protein and doesn’t rely on sugar for its creamy texture and mildly sweet flavor. It also doesn’t taste like the cardboard you might expect from no sugar, unsweetened protein milks. It’s the perfect milk for smoothies. I add instant coffee and froth it up to make an icy, zero sugar treat. It’s delicious to drink straight to get a little shot of protein without the calories. It’s a staple in my kitchen

I ordered this product because of my fridge. I was looking for size to fit my small fridge. It worked out well for that. But the product has vanilla in it. So my body was not happy about that. I did not realize the vanilla would affect my digestive system. I usually only drink unsweetened plain almond milk.
