I have been drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast for years. I don't have a lot of time in the morning before I go to work but I need to have some type of protein otherwise my stomach feels sickly. This product hits the spot! It tastes great and it has all the nutrition that I need in the morning plus it's quick to mix up. I have a blender for protein shakes and I put the vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast mix in it with milk and blended it up. It tasted like I was drinking a vanilla milk shake for breakfast! I really like the vanilla flavor and the fact that you can easily add different fruit or yogurts to mix in with the vanilla.

My kids are the absolute pickiest eaters despite our best efforts. This product has helped my children gain weight and it helps keep them healthy with all those vitamins! They literally demand these every morning! They're obsessed! Now i cheat and use a frother for quick mixing (hey it's done in literally two seconds). So i can't tell you how easy it is to mix by hand however it can't be that hard. I will never go back to trying to force those nasty chalk protein shakes again!!!! The kids do still eat breakfast with these as well. Absolutely a win win!
