The instructions were easy to follow, I was having Christmas cravings for chorizo santarosano, but I was able to prepare it, and the results were incredible, texture and flavor were not affected or influenced by the casing. I recommend the product as described by the distributor.

I know, it's not the best salame you can get, but it's not the fault of the casing by any means! In fact, this stick of salame in this particular casing came out to be the best from the others of the same batch!! Saving the day! (I don't dare to post other pics)
P.S. I know, you might be wondering - what happened to the salame. The answer - do not leave your salame unattended in the first 10 days or so, even in the ideal conditions. But I had to be out of town, and humidity (or, rather, lack of it) _almost_ ruined it

I bought these to have on hand in case I ran out of fresh natural casings. I only did a test with these on a small lot. They stuffed fine, they froze fine, they cooked fine. Once eating, the casings did not chew up. I ended up peeling the casing off and ate the sausage. My husband didn't think it was an issue. I most likely will not buy again

Easy to use but should not use unless you are prepared to take it off before eating so not good for sausage that must be cooked. It’s too tough to eat or even chew. I will not buy it again or use what I have left. It was a waste of money.
