This was for a special cookie recipe did not seem as strong as expected, but will try adding a little more in recipe next time. Could get to much and make cookies bitter, so be careful.

I added this to my fermented ginger beer and it was wonderful. I used 1 tbs for 2 quarts but I may even decrease the extract because the flavor was plenty strong.
