Everybody likes a bit of tang with their sweet, and this is easy to use. Pretty pricy, but you don't need to use much to get a kick. Includes a convenient scoop.

We love gummies but specifically we love sour gummies. I got bags and bags of gummies for Christmas. I shook them in this powder to trim them all into sour gummies. Easy and delicious.

I've seen this product before as an added ingredient and this is my first time trying it. Overall, very fun - adds a pleasantly sour/tangy flavor to your culinary creations. Great balancer for sweetness; I love adding this when I feel I've made something too sweet (such as apple pie filling) or when I want my smoothie to have more of a kick. A small scoop is included for convenience. I really enjoy discovering malic acid's many uses and where it can be added.

I love this! I've been adding it to my lemonade batches! We go through so much lemonade in my house and we like to try different flavors. This gives it a really nice kick! Lemonade is already tart and this packs it with a bunch! So far I've tried it with apple lemonade, mixedberry and plain lemonade and we've loved every batch!

This is a great solution for me and my gym juices, since I put a lot of aminoacids and stuff in my water, it end tasting awful, but making it more tart and sour makes it way easier to drink. Also tried it in regular water, it makes it feel like lighter and easier to drink. I like sour beverages, maybe this is not for everyone, but it will help fix those too sweet drinks, or too bitter drinks, also it can be added to fruit to give it freshness.
I just add a pinch to half a quart and that's enough, this product is super strong, this 8oz will last me perhaps a year.
