It's just a pure unmixed, unscented, unflavored powder. Not sure what to say about it other than, it's a good chocie if it's an ingredient you need. Seems to be high quality and had no contamination issues.

I got this for stabilizing wine, good deal on a product I use anyways. Price is good, quality seems good, used about a third of it already on several batches of wine that will be back-sweetened in a few more weeks.

Before sweetening my wines prior to bottling, I use potassium sorbate to 'stabilize' the wine and prevent renewed fermentation. Potassium sorbate does not kill yeast cells, but instead inhibits the yeast cells from being able to grow, multiply and begin a new fermentation. This Hznxolrc brand of potassium sorbate works as well as well-known brands of wine making additives.

Here is the review ranking basis that I have adopted:
⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.
⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.

I needed something to help prevent a restart of fermentation when I back sweeten my wine and I’m hoping this product will work well. I tried without and ended up with a bubbling bottled wine when I tried to use honey with just using potassium metabisulfite.
In my research for using different additives in wine making there is documentation on proper use of Potassium Sorbate which I would recommend reviewing.
I am going to try back sweetening my current batch of pear wine with Potassium Sorbate and will update this review if there are any issues.
