Best quality precooked bacon I've tried. Great flavor. If you like regular Hormel Black Label bacon, you'll like this too - same flavor, less fat and much quicker to prepare. Cheaper too - pkg is equal to 5lbs uncooked. Which works out to under $3/lb-equivalent. Can't get any bacon for that price anywhere I'm aware of. So it's also very economical.

Absolutely delicious! High quality, perfect texture, and LOVE the versatility of having bulk bacon at a moments notice in my fridge! Takes very little time in the microwave to crisp it up to our liking and we can have all the BLT's we can eat! Unexpected company? Who doesn't love BLT's? Have, and will, reorder again and again!

Edit: A 2-pack was $30 last week and is now $45. A disappointing and obvious price gouge.
I’ve ordered this a few times and each time the quality has been different. Sometimes the pieces of bacon are perfect and ready to be added to any meal. Other times the pieces of bacon are heavily coated in grease and are so flimsy they need to be microwaved.

My husband and I buy the smaller packs of this stuff at the store. We keep plenty of raw bacon in the freezer but it sure is nice to have some shelf stable stuff on hand for quick meals, or adding extra flavor to something. Everything goes with bacon!

The entire pack looks good. Evenly "cooked". Use it cold as is, or pop into toaster oven and "toast" for a few minutes. Probably cooks up in microwave too. Doesnt take long for it to crisp up all over. Then we normally add it to sandwiches. Dont usually use it as a side dish but certainly may do so. For that I bust out a package of raw bacon, but this works too. Mostly we like it for adding to sandwiches, burgers, salads, crinkling up over deviled eggs, stuff like that.. perfect.

I dont rate on price. We can all see price, and all have different budgets, needs, preferences, prices fluctuate, there are sales, etc.. But I do comment :)

I got this big pack on Prime day, so saved a few bucks. Even at full price, it is still reasonably priced. I had seen that the price in store went up by a couple of bucks (or more) for 9-10 slice boxes. This "about 72 slices" packet (not a box) is about 7 or so of those boxes, which run $5-8, so $35-56 if you price it that way. I think some membership stores carry this for a bit less, but it is an in-store item (travel, + need a membership).

Buy it while you can, makes good addition to long term storage. Refrigerate after opening
