I love to keep some of these in my desk and car for a quick protein snack when I need it. I had the smaller ones earlier and loved them so decided to get the larger ones this time. For my needs as a protein snack to keep handy I’ll go back to the smaller size next time. These are really good though so I’m sure I won’t waste any. I’ll probably use them more as part of a lunch on the go than just a snack though at this size. Will reorder in the other size for sure!

This is the 4th of 5 boxes of the 2oz pks marked with the best by date of Jan 22 2025 & CODE: 1657593-02-EST 2472, That are dry and hard and have a different texture. I ran into theis same issue with several boxes of the 1 oz pks last year as well while the 2 oz were unavailable for a long time. Don't know why but quality control has again fallen to a lower standard again.
These are a big part of my weight loss KetoVore diet and way less greasy than any other, especially the round sticks, I've ever tried so I'll keep eating them but I just wanted you to know so you are aware and can make an informed decision to buy or not.
(Picture: The one on the top with jan092025 is the one box that was their usual awesome quality and wasn't dry & hard)

Love their products. Since my Bariatric surgery, the protein I get from this is the best bang for the cal count. It’s a daily must have for me. Tastes great and is usually what I have for my lunch.

Jack Link brand beef jerky has been largely produced as a "tender" style, for a while, which has left each piece easier to chew but has definitely been left with less taste. This style is the tougher and tastier original taste, twice as big. You pay a little more but the quality is much like the old days .
