    I don't know how this is different than cooked bacon because it tastes the same (though without the grease). $4 at wally world; I buy it regularly.

    Need extra protein for upcoming operation.
    The Teriyaki flavored Jerky has 30g of protein in only 2.85 ounces. Now I have an “excuse “ to dive right in. Tastes great, easy to chew and I can say, “ I’m following Doctor’s orders.”
    Now I have a reason to purchase several bags at once.

    I’m so excited to see that Jack’s no longer is using nitrates in this product! Maybe the transition is happening in all the Jack’s products I’m not sure but I know that this one no longer contains added nitrates! The celery extract and pineapple powder do the same curing process without the use of a deadly chemical! My grandsons love these and now I’m so happy I can buy them for them!!! Thank you Jack’s for making this snack a healthy one for our children!

    This jerky has a nice, bold flavor but some pieces are very, very tough and near impossible to chew. My "senior" and partial denture cannot masticate some of the thick, leathery and rugged chunks of jerky. Could be dangerous, be careful.
