This is very nice sea salt. I've been using natural sea salt for about 25 years and this is right up there with the best. It's not grey like Celtic but that doesent mean its lacking in nutrients or trace minerals. I like that they included the percentages of Potassium, Magnesium, and Sodium on the package. The price is not out of line and I'm fully satisfied with the product.

We used to use Himalayan salt until I read that most comes from China and is not as clean as we think. This brand was highly recommended as a truly clean salt. Was not prepared for the rich flavor! Takes very little to create incredible added flavor. Highly recommend!

I look for natural salts that are not bleached or have anti caking additives. It is a moist sea salt because no additives have been added. I ferment and preserve foods so no additives is a must. I also like this salt because of the high mineral content. I put a pinch of this salt in my water to up the electrolytes. This is the best mineral salt I have found.

I heard about Baja Gold sea salt from a guest on the Diary of a CEO YouTube channel and thought I'd try it out. It's simply amazing. We had been using Celtic Sea Salt, which is great but not on the level of Baja Gold. We stopped using most pink Himalayan salt unless we know it's not from China so Celtic Sea Salt or genuine Himalayan Sea Salt was our go-to until I found this. I don't think I can ever go back. The depth of flavor from this salt, even when added to the simplest of foods, has so much more depth. I even started adding a tiny bit to my coffee along with a tablespoon of real Maple syrup and it's like drinking a salted caramel coffee. Baja Gold might seem expensive compared to other salt you may have purchased before but I dare you to order one bag just to taste the difference.

I was reading about why some salt is better than others. This Baja Gold mineral sea salt rated the best/ most pure. I just trying to eat healthier. It is a little harder to measure because it doesn’t pour out easily. It clumps slightly; but it doesn’t bother me at all. I keep it in a marble salt container; so not a problem!
