For years I was NEVER convinced that vanilla did anything for baked goods (I made batches of things with and without, and no one could ever blindly detect any difference!!) But this actually DOES make a noticeable difference in taste because the ingredients are a bit different. Best thing is, it's not as expensive as regular vanilla extract. So now I'll add the vanilla back into my recipes.

This was a wonderful extract it actually made the products take like conconut, and thats is what you really want.. A delicious conconut flavor without being overpowering but tasty. Excellent product. Cost is kind of high compaired to others but I was willing to pay for the outstanding flavor. I even put a dash in my coffee sometimes. Excellent taste. I love the Watkins extracts I just can't always pay for them and have to make do with some of the others. But never as good.

Don't get me wrong it still was great but it was more like a cream soda. And it was kinda surprising that it was clear and not the classic brown.
