    Taste is great, quality is perfect, size is large and good value for the money, sealed well and durable jar that made the trip without any trouble. Arrived in tact and just what we needed. I live in a rural area so I dont have these locally. Great to be able to order on Amazon.

    I 1st ordered Sadaf grape leaves in July, at a significant discount to the brand I regularly used. I make stuffed grape leaves (lamb + rice) 2-3 times monthly as my family loves them.
    I was impressed by the quality, texture, generous size & amount of perfect leaves — nearly all. In addition, the stems were removed which equates to less work/time saved during preparation. I subscribed to receive them monthly & recommended them to a few acquaintances.
    In August, my 2nd shipment arrived & I was taken aback by the contents of the jar. Not only were many of the leaves either torn or too small to use — they were sloppily rolled in bunches with the longest stems I’ve yet seen (shown above is about 1/2 of the stems). While most brands have small stems that require clipping, these were so long & took up so much space that the # of usable leaves was greatly reduced. Whereas the 1st jar received allowed me to roll 3 lbs of meat/rice mixture, the 2nd jar was barely enough for 2 lbs. & I even used some that were tattered.
    No idea what happened but these sellers are in dire need of quality control. Subscription cancelled & unfortunately, I retracted my recommendation to others.

    For the record, I am reviewing: Sadaf Grape Leaves - Grape Leaves for Cooking - Ideal to Wrap and Stuff Dishes - Healthy Grape Leaves for Dolma - Middle Eastern Cuisine - 35.20 oz Jar

    So, the one thing that I could say that was upsetting is that the jar was put into a box with minimal packing material and zero plastic bubble wrap around it. Surprisingly, they arrived in intact, and not damaged.

    Alright about the product, the leaves are good, I would say that about ninety percent of the leaves were usable. More than other jars I have purchased. The leaves were 98 percent of a good size and not too small or too large. The stems were all cut off properly and I think I only had to cut off one small piece of stem from a single leaf. The were not damaged, or had any holes in them. Well for the most part, there were a few with some tears on them but that's not a problem when you get so many that are really good. I had some left over when I was done making 2 lbs of ground meat filling, plus one cup of rice, and used them to make more a couple of days later.

    Very happy with these leaves. I would recommend them to anyone making stuffed grape leaves. A bit of finesse is needed to get them out of the jar, but it wasn't impossible like some other jars of leaves.

    Although the leaves were easy to remove from the jar, unlike SO many other brands, most of the leaves had the stems left on which was an additional hassle to their use. On the other hand, I found very little that I could not use.

    These grape leaves were delicious. First time making stuffed grape leaves and they were a huge hit!

    There are three packs within the jar, you have to pull out one at a time. I wasted some time trying to pull them all out at once.

    I think that these grape leaves are a good value and they taste authentic. Unfortunately the bottle was leaking and there was black stuff all over the outside. I should have taken a picture before I wrote this review and cleaned off the jar. I'm not sure if it affected the quality but I figured because I am cooking them for a long time they should be safe to eat.
