    I have ordered these several times, and I am now addicted to them. They are healthy, low salt and full of protein. I find that these are a great substitute for a crunchy snack like chips, but way healthier!

    I am pleased to see that this item is offered in a large size. It arrived promptly, sealed and have a fresh flavor.
    Will certainly order more often. This is my go to for my healthy snack mix.

    I was really hoping that these would be a good snacking solution for cardio health and perhaps get me back on track to a more healthy lifestyle. They are crunchy, the salt is good, but.....

    I don't eat a vegan, vegetarian, or organic type diet. I love a variety of foods and will try just about anything. That said, these are just a little nuttier and occasionally almost have a fishy-type flavor that I'm not a fan of. I will finish the whole container in the next month or so and see if it produces the health effects I'm hoping for - but I may order a few packs of the wasabi edamame or add a few Doritos, hot sauce, chocolate raisins, or something else to help camouflage the taste of the 1/3 to 1/2 cup I'll have at a time. Sooooo, that may not sound like the healthiest option, but I'm hoping that my activity level and other dietary changes will offset the little bit of "junk" food so that I can finish this container.

    All in all, I'm sure there are lots of folks that think these are delicious, but I'm not one of them. For the price, I think they are a good value.

    This snack is a healthy, protein-dense alternative to less healthy options like potato chips. The edamame is dry roasted and lightly seasoned with sea salt, which is nice, but I have to admit it’s not especially flavorful or exciting. Still, I think it's a great addition to my snack options for a quick and nutritious bite.
