Nice little jewels of flavor. Love these things, very sweet and full of flavor and fiber. Many different uses for them but I take a few and add them to my lunch. They are firm and are of good quality and a good value for the dollar.

Right now, this is the best price — except Trader Joe’s, which sells it for USD $2.99 / 8 oz, whereas here the price is averaged to USD $3.00 / 8 oz; however, here the product tastes much fresher and cleaner (not to say that Trader Joe’s’ is bad; on the contrary, the quality at Trader Joe’s is always good). I enjoy eating these with toasted pecans...it's like eating healthy pecan pie! These are so soft, sweet and delicious. I also haven't had one with an accidentally left pit in it in my first bag either. A different brand I used to buy had several pits in them and I always had to be careful biting into them.

Packaged dates always vary. Some tender and sweet, others not so much. Unfortunately this bag of dates had a high percentage of tough, fibrous fruit with seed residue remaining where the seed was removed, and a shortage of tender chewy fruit with all residue cleaned out. This bag may have been an exception to the norm, but sorry will not buy again.
