Let's talk about it. First 40 calories. Can't beat that with how flavorful this stuff is. I freaking stopped drinking a year and a half ago and was messing around with mocktails, no big whoop. I came across what I thought was a store brand of GinB as we like to call it. I make a friggin raspberry Cran, basil/rosemary simple syrup and want some bubs so I pop a can. Wooooooowza! Bangarang. It had a alcohol burn. I quickly check the package, surely I missed the fact this was alcoholic GinB. Nope! Mutha funkin chili pepper. I've tried them all like them all. I settled on this because the lower cals. GinB has never tasted so great. Have some.

Nice dry ginger beer, perfect for cocktails and mocktails

I would say this is an 7 out of 10 as a standalone drink; I like how dry the flavor is, but it can't compete with smaller-batch ginger beers in terms of the ginger flavor or complexity. It's very light and not too spicy.

But as a mixer, it's fantastic. I like both Moscow Mules and Dark & Stormies and the mocktail equivalents and what makes it a little underwhelming (though not bad) as a standalone makes it better as a mixer. The flavor does not overwhelm everything else in your drink.

In both categories, I prefer this brand to its main competitors.

FYI, if you're looking for a good mocktail D&S, this is my go-to: 1 shot cooled concentrated coffee (espresso or undiluted moki or aeropress coffee, decaf is fine), 2-2.5 oz ginger beer, juice of half a lime (fresh makes a huge difference), and, optionally though recommended, Jamaican bitters to taste (Bittercube is good, regular angostura is OK, but I like mine to have a nice strong allspice and clove flavor).
I haven't found a good recipe for a Moscow Mule mocktail, but for lower-abv, swapping soju for vodka does the trick.

Perfect for summertime and LIGHT Moscow Mules. I can barely the difference in taste between these and the regular ginger beers of the same brand. I actually prefer these. Nice and spicy but not too sweet or heavy. I can't find Light Ginger Beer at home so I will continue to order from Amazon. Shipping is quick and cans so far have not been damaged after two orders. Enjoy a nice Moscow Mule with less calories so you can have two for the price of one! :)

I tasted several brands of Ginger Beer and Q is by far, my favorite. Conveniently sold in small cans it is the perfect amount for a Moscow Mule. I also like this ginger beer mixed with lemonade. So refreshing on a hot day. I don't taste the difference between light and regular, so I buy the light for less calories.

I was using another brand from the store, and its pretty expensive and very high sugar. I did some research and found this brand, low sugar and much less expensive, on Amazon. Great flavor and a great mixer with gin and vodka. Def recommended.

Absolute best Ginger Beer for Mules!

Ok, so I get that taste is a very subjective thing and what works for me may not work for everyone else. That said, I've sampled probably 10-20 different ginger beers for mixing mules and I always come back to Q. The ginger flavor is crisp and strong without being overly sharp and harsh. It compliments my bourbon (yes, I prefer Kentucky Mules) exceptionally well and creates a very pleasant cocktail, especially on a hot summer day. While this isn't the cheapest ginger beer you can find, the price here on Amazon is lower than in my local grocery store by 50 cents per 4-pack, so it's savings that adds up.

This is by far, the best Ginger Beer on the market. One can is the perfect size to make a Moscow Mule. I also love drinking the ginger beer with equal amount of fresh lemonade. Very refreshing!
