Everything about the product itself is good. Price, flavor, quickness of delivery, etc. However, these need to be wrapped in bubble wrap or packed some way so that when the boxes are tossed around, the mints don't get broken. I've only been in one of the boxes, but every tin I opened has had broken pieces and crumbs of the mints. There just needs to be better care when mailing them...more like a fragile item would be packed.
