    This sauce is mild/bland. I use it for numerous dishes requiring cheese sauce. When I make nachos, I add some spices to it to get the flavor and heat I like.

    The sauce is very thin and has a strange, almost acidic, taste. I will use it in a dish, but they aren’t ideal for nachos.
