    I'm not a vegan, but I wanted to explore making vegan sausages.
    Rice paper was suggested as being usable for vegan sausage casings.
    These worked very, very well!

    For reference, I have enjoyed the deep-fried style of spring rolls but wanted to try the fresh rice paper kind for a change. I filled mine with chicken ramen, vegetarian nuggets, carrots, cucumbers, onion and bell peppers, all thinly sliced. I dipped each wrapper in hot water for a few seconds, transferred to a damp cutting board, then quickly filled and rolled them. Considering it was my first time, it was easier than I thought it would be -- not much different than making enchiladas, for example. The rice paper was thicker than I expected and had more of a chew than the snappy texture I expected. I really liked this texture but my husband absolutely did not. I can't compare these to other rice paper, but I will say that the spring rolls I made were larger (longer) than I was expecting them to be. Two rolls were enough to satisfy my hunger. I stored the leftovers in the fridge and they tasted good for two days (though a bit tougher on the ends which dried out slightly.) For the price, this seems to be a great deal and it will take me a long time to use all of these up.

    The square rice paper made it easy to wrap all the spring roll ingredients inside. But for some reason, it is not as thick as other brands. Which doesn't wrap too well if you put slightly more ingredients in it. Meaning, it doesn't have the same amount of stretch compared to the round ones. Other than that, it was still good and a very good price too.

    These rice paper sheets are very easy to use. Just soak them in water for about 30 seconds or until soft. They are very stretchy and make nice large spring rolls. This is a pack of 3 packages and is a pretty good value. The squares are a bit harder to roll up than the round ones i usually use, but it may just be the way i'm rolling them. i ended up cutting off the excess, so spring rolls still showed their pretty designs without a double layer of rice paper. They are workgreat and taste fine. The papers are a little thicker than the ones i usually use and have a pretty chewy texture. My spring rolls turned out great, and everyone loved them. Good product.

    I find these rice papers very delicious. It holds all of my ingredients very well. The square is pretty unique to me. I am used to using a circle spring roll paper. The square is no different and tastes quite the same. It is easy to soak and make it soft, which is a huge plus. The quality is durable. The texture is quite the same as any other rice paper. The value is worth it since one pack will last me a long time!
