Seriously delicious for single servings of kimchi fried rice with spam and egg, bibimbap, or even a quick jjigae. The other canned versions like Wang have a weird after taste. Seoul sisters nailed it. I do add more spice but I'm a bit of a masochist. Lol

She loves this stuff. Goes through a can a day. Maybe a nutritional deficiency. Or maybe she just likes it. I don't eat it, but my daughter is a kimchi fanatic and knows good kimchi.

Holy crap this is SPICY!!! I think it tastes good but the spice makes this a SLOW eat. It's not crunchy, so if your looking for that I'd pass.

the product label is interesting as its upside down from the can opening.

I usually have a jar of kimchi from the warehouse store in the fridge but sometimes I run out and have a kimchi emergency. How can anyone expect me to make fried rice without kimchi?!?!? SEOUL SISTERS Korean Canned Regular Kimchi is a perfect backup since I can keep it in the pantry for this kind of situation. Best by date on my box was December of 2027 and I'm sure I'll use it up before that. The flavor is quite impressive, particularly for a canned product. I didn't notice any metallic taste at all. If you haven't given them a try, check out the almonds from this producer ... they're absolutely delicious!

I love Kimchi and always have a jar in my refrigerator. When I saw SEOUL SISTERS Korean Canned Regular Kimchi I had to give it a try. I can’t lie the idea of Kimchi in a can kind of grossed me out. I don’t eat a lot of canned foods and what I have tried is generally mushy and gross. When the kimchi arrived I put a couple of cans in my refrigerator because well I’ve always eaten my kimchi cold. The packaging is really cute and I love that it is actually made in South Korea. When I opened the can and drained it I looked at the Kimchi and honestly I didn’t think that I would like it. The Kimchi that I buy generally has other items than cabbage in it and is a little more colorful. I sat down and took my first bite and was very surprisingly impressed, it tastes great. Most foods get mushy in a can, not this Kimchi it is surprisingly crunchy with a nice heat. It is a little ginger heavy so if you like ginger that’s a bonus. I am very impressed by the SEOUL SISTERS Korean Canned Regular Kimchi and love the flavor and crunch it offers.
