Pale to Slightly Dark Beer: This pale ale malt is a fully modified, high extract, low protein malt for brewing pale to slightly dark beers including Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, and Imperial Pale Ale. Our premium crushed grain can also be used as a base for darker ales and stouts as well.
