5.0 out of 5 stars The same as before, even the price is the same by weight

Same great product, now packaged for sale in the US in a smaller quantity. Anyone who’s complaining about the smaller can hasn’t done the math or something - the price is the same (or lower) by weight. And now I’m not getting as much air too. Plus seeing as it should be used within 1 month of being opened, we don’t get as close to the month now (we combo feed) so it stays a bit “cleaner” I suppose.

I love Aussie bubs because it mixes up so well. I do everything by weight (no baby brezza) and I never really get clumps as long as I add powder to the water not water to the powder. I can also shake it without getting a lot of bubbles forming and those that do form dissipate really quickly.

Not the company’s fault but the one negative I had was that the lid was damaged during shipping as Amazon did not package this in a box for some reason. Luckily I still had an old lid that fit, but had that not been the case, it would have been pretty frustrating.

UPDATE 11/11/24: I recently received a can which did not mix as well as others. It did eventually dissolve but some weird clumps still formed despite my best efforts. It’s not temperature dependent, it just needs extra time so we take a little break midway through the bottle to give it a little swirl.

My toddler is on his very picky eating stage and this milk is our life saver...eventhough he eats little i believe this one had kept him healthy ever since he was an infant..

This is my son’s fav! It’s so hard to get though. Always order backup. But he drinks nothing else but this. I love love love bubs! Have nothing bad to say about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Switch from kendamil

Switched my 4 month old who had been on kendamil. I made the switch over two days but still gave baby kendamil at night. I’ve had no issues with this formula and his reflux has actually gotten better. I might switch back once kendamil is available but tbh this formula is easier to get so I might not.

I really liked this for my son and he seemed to really like it too. The expiration date was always reasonable. It was just as good as getting it from the grocery store. It comes with a convenient scoop and stores well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Same as Bubs Organic Stage 1
Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2024
I've had to do some research on this before switching and this is what I've found. Hope it helps someone else!

For all intents and purposes, this formula seems to be the same in composition as the Bubs Organic Stage 1 formula. Because of the difference in organic labeling requirements between Australia and the US, Bubs was unable to sell their product as "organic" in the US. This product is still made in Australia, but the packaging has been Americanized. Because of that, the amounts of proteins vs fats listed on the back appear different, but it's just because one is using grams and one is using ounces. If you normalize them and compare, they're the same amounts.

US formulas typically don't use Stage 1/Stage 2 designations because this originates from a law outside the US that disallows companies from advertising baby formula. Companies get around this by labeling some formulas as Stage 2, and are able to advertise. Since we don't have this law in the US, they labelled this can as 0-12 months instead. I assume it's the same composition as Stage 1, as that was what I compared it to.

From our experience, our 8 month old had no issue transitioning to this formula. It really does appear to be the same composition as the Bubs Organic Stage 1.

The only reason I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the one thing they did appear to change in the can size. That makes the formula slightly more expensive when compared to the Organic Stage 1.

TLDR, because of different organic requirements, Bubs relabeled their Organic Stage 1 as this can. It seems to be the same formula in a smaller can.

Used this when kendamil was out of stock. It does not have a lot of bubbles. Almost taste like kendamil and not like other formulas .

I’m very disappointed in this company on the way they went about switching over to a “NEW LOOK” but failing to inform they will no longer be support mothers on government assistance. I called this company and they never responded or called back. I had my baby on this formula since he was born in February, I was very happy to have actually find a formula that was very high rated and no bad ingredients for my baby. He has been a bubs baby for 10 months but we are changing companies. It’s not just that they have not made any of their new formulas Snap/Ebt eligible, it the fact that you can’t even get the new formula in a timely manner. Sometimes you don’t even see the shipping date. And now the goat milk formula 0-12 is never in stock. Can’t even find it at target Walmart it’s always sold out or unavailable. As a new mom I don’t have time for this frustration. We’ve been buying the 12-36 cow milk for 3 months because we couldn’t get the 0-12 and its not recommended by pediatricians to suddenly change you infant’s formula, but we’re moving on. It’s too much of a hassle and I need to make sure I have a formula I can rely on.
