    For the longest time, I've wanted to try Iberico Ham. I finally tried this, as Fermin is a notable brand. I wasn't disappointed. I love how tender, the ham was, and it's very tasty. Every bit of care that goes into raising the animals that produce it comes out. I'll continually get this, and will also try some of the different varieties.

    The Iberico ham is delicious, expensive and a memorable treat but 2.2 ounces is gone before you know it.

    This didn’t taste or look like jamón Iberico. The pieces could not be separated into individual slices. We threw it away.

    I had read about this and it was not exactly what I thought I was buying. I thought the pork we’re only allowed to eat acorns for a certain point on in their life. This is not the pork. It was good and I ran it in hot water prior to opening and eating. But my son and I agree that we have had other pork that is even better than this. For me it was pretty average and on the pricey side for what we got.

    This is definitely no iberico ham. Flavor is underwhelming compared to jamon sold in Spain. I know it’s 50/50 iberico and cebo but, come on guys! I’ve had more flavorful jamon Serrano in stores around the us for half the price. To the next one then...
