    I have always used 15% fat ground beef especially for making meat loaf, hamburgers, Italian or Swedish meatballs as it gives a little extra moistness & flavor without tasting greasy. I’m not sure if this packaging is vacuum sealed, but I have never had it frost up or get freezer burn. A good & tasty ground beef.

    Any food I’ve ever bought an Amazon Fresh store near me in Southern CA area is good and I love the convenience of shopping and being scanned and totaled while I shop. Super convenient, easy and the store is always in excellent appearance and cleanliness and all the associates are super nice. Thank you for making shopping a very good experience. Also I like the benefit of additional percentage off my order when using my Amazon VISA credit card. The stores also accept EBT/ Food snap benefits for payment method but you do have to go to a cashier and check out for that to apply! The prices are comparable to other grocery stores and Amazon prime members have a 10% discount every time you shop.

    One interesting fact, is Swift no longer has ground beef on their website, in 2018 they had a major recall, so I gather the JBS company is off selling the remaining beef, no sure. No matter this beef cooks up well, not much grease, best use in dishes that use ground beef, not enough fat to make a juicy burger, and all the burger eaters know what I mean, not for meatballs better for a meat loaf. It is on sale at a better price then my local stores. This is my 3rd purchase, if I do find any grissel I just pick it out. Good for tacos, and the old school hamburger helper, or any one pan dish. Just add spices to spruce up the flavor.
