    I use Jenny-O ground turkey exclusively for (turkey) Taco Tuesday (or Wednesday sometimes). It has not yet failed me, and believe it or not, there seems to be a difference. When I tried some other brand when my local store stopped selling Jenny-O, the texture was noticeably different. After that, I had to drive to another store to get this stuff, until my local grocer came to their senses and switched back to Jenny-O. I usually buy the "logs", which are easier to freeze (more compact), but the trays are easier to work with when using them fresh.
