    This is a wonderful product. The eggs smell and taste exactly like fresh. If you follow the directions exactly, you get a great scrambled egg. You can also make omelets. I highly recommend it for your emergency, camping, or hiking supply. Just make sure you have a good whisk on you. A good whisk, water, salt, and a little seasoning is all you need.

    Love the heavy duty packaging. These powdered eggs are for my emergency survival kits so I have not opened them yet but I did sample some recently and was pleasantly surprised. To me they look and taste like fresh eggs. Easey to prepare and you can make them dry or moist as you like.

    I wanted to try a bunch of dehydrated foods at the same time as a post apocalyptic experiment for myself where I only ate those foods for a month.

    Overall, very, very dry. Also I noticed that when used in baked goods it was IMPOSSIBLE to get the egg mixture to homogenize. There were always "scrambled eggs" in my desserts. Even if I spent 30+ minutes whisking the mixture. So I would not use this product for baking anything you don't want to see the eggs in. So I mainly used them just as scrambled eggs or I would pour the mixture into a waffle maker and eat them that way, which was fun.

    Overall, decent enough. Would have been nice if they were substantially cheaper, worked in baked goods and weren't so dry.

    Right to the point, when prepared per instructions they taste exactly as if you cracked an egg into the skillet and scrambled it. Exactly. Not super expensive and this is good insurance to have in the cupboard for the unexpected. Will purchase again.

    I finally just used this, I've kept it in the freezer and just took out enough to make waffles as I was out of eggs. Seemed to work fine, haven't scrambled them yet to see how they taste, am a little hesitant on that but figured for baking they should be fine.
