    I was looking for a relatively inexpensive ale yeast to start making mead and ended up buying North Mountain Supply and I've been very happy with it. I ended up only needing part of one of the packages for my first fermentation and was able to store the rest and use it a few weeks later with no issues. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
