I bought a different brand of 'black vinegar' (52***) to use in making a recipe for dinner guests. I found that it was crude, bad tasting, and inedible. But I thought I would Try this brand before I gave up on black vinegar. I didn't have high hopes but now I'm glad I did! This Soeos vinegar is excellent! Black vinegar made right! I would give it 10 stars if I could!
Great deep, complex flavor! Rolls over the tongue very pleasantly ... not harsh and cheap like the other brand.
Aroma is pleasant. Not over-whelming of vinegar.
Good body.
You can't go wrong with this. I can't wait to use this for a dipping sauce for dumplings and/or chicken! I will definitely buy again!!!!
